Local Government Council Chairman

Name: Prince Usman Akanbi Hamzat

Duties: The council chairman is expected to deliver a host of services, including rural road construction and maintenance, motor parks and market management, and the administration of health centres.

He is also responsible for maintaining law and order through the LNSC in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, information dissemination, waste management, registration of birth, marriage, death, and issuance of their certificates, control of restaurants, kiosks and shops, and so on.
